Odd Rabbit is a new traditionally non-traditional sushi, ramen, and cocktail restaurant opening in Boulder, CO, in spring 2026. Located at 5845 Arapahoe Avenue, it is founded by Christopher and Ariana Teigland, the owners of Denver’s Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning Glo Noodle House in Denver, CO.
